Hi everyone! I will be giving an acoustic guitar workshop at 'The Three
Horseshoes' pub, Duton Hill, Essex. (Nr. Stansted) on Sat 15th November 2008
and Sat 29th November 2008.
This years' workshop is open to all styles. May I invite you to suggest one
or two areas of guitar playing that you are interested in working on (which
can be anything from trad Irish tunes to blues & jazz pieces, classical
works etc.... left & right hand techniques, tunings, picks & thumbpick
ideas), and once the topics have been gathered I will devise a program and
send out the sheet music/TAB in advance.

You do not have to be an advanced player to attend this workshop but you
probably need at least 2 years experience to gain maximum benefit.
Finally, please bear in mind that the venue is above a beautiful real-ale
pub therefore a list of local accommodation can be provided!

Composing & Arranging for Solo Guitar Workshop Sun 30th November 2008
Dear All,
This is the first year that I will also be giving a workshop geared at
composing and arranging for solo guitar. In brief, the idea of this workshop
is to show you how pieces are constructed and then we will use these
techniques to create our own works. If you would like to attend, or

Comp & Arr Workshop starts at 11am - ends approx 3.30pm with 1 hr break and
the total cost is £45. A buffet style lunch will be provided.
